FEXIGRA contains Fexofenadine which belongs to the class of medications called second generation antihistamines, especially the class known as histamine receptor antagonists. It works by blocking a certain natural substance (histamine) that your body makes during an allergic reaction.

Before taking this medicine tell your doctor if you have liver, kidney, heart problems and pregnant or breastfeeding. The common side effects are headache, drowsiness and nausea.
